Operations Sector Meeting – An Opportunity for Teamwork and Success

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve, progress, and provide top-notch service to our clients, which is one of the foundations of our business philosophy, EKI regularly holds meetings involving the management team, where important decisions regarding the future direction of the company are made. One such meeting was the regular Operations Sector meeting, held on March 21, 2024, in Brčko.

The meeting brought together the directors of the Operations Sectors of MCF EKI and MCC EKI, Marketing Sector Director, HR Development Manager, regional managers, and branch managers. At these and similar meetings, the focus is always on a transparent analysis of achieved results, identifying challenges, and collaboratively finding efficient solutions.

We believe that transparency and open communication regarding various aspects of our business are key to achieving the goals we are working toward.
