EKI Donation in the Second Primary School, Bugojno

In a series of donations of sports equipment carried out by EKI as part of Socially Responsible Actions, another donation went to the students and management of the Second Primary School in Bugojno. This is one of three primary schools in the city, which is attended by a large number of students from urban and rural areas.

For the management and teachers of this school, the educational process is a daily routine, and within it they have a strong desire to improve the quality of teaching, especially the physical education. Due to the large number of students, the school has a constant problem with equipment for physical education. During the visit of EKI employees, it was established that physical education equipment is badly needed at this school, and a list of the most needed items was made.

The donation was realized not long after that, and the necessary sports equipment was acquired. The donation covered four basic sports that the young people are most interested in. Balls for football, basketball, volleyball and handball were purchased, as well as equipment for gymnastics.

The director and staff of the school thanked EKI for the donation, stressing that in this way it was possible for them to perform better physical education classes. They are also enabled to strengthen the role of sports in children's lives and contribute to the psycho-physical development of children through sports activities.
